Dual-output positive fixed LDO regulator with 1.5V and 2.8V outputs, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A per output. Features a low dropout voltage of 95mV at 100mA for the 1.5V output and 180mV at 100mA for the 2.8V output. Housed in a compact 6-pin USP-C EP surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max), this IC offers current limit and short circuit protection. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, with line regulation of 0.2%/V and load regulation of 50mV.
