Dual output positive fixed LDO voltage regulator with 3.3V and 1.75V outputs, each capable of a minimum 0.2A current. Features ultra-low dropout voltage (0.08V typical @ 100mA for 3.3V, 0.17V typical @ 100mA for 1.75V) and ±2% accuracy. Housed in a compact 1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm USP-C EP surface-mount package with 0.5mm pin pitch. Operates from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range and includes current limit and short circuit protection.
