Features a low dropout voltage of 80mV at 100mA for the 1.8V output and 150mV at 100mA for the 3.3V output. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Operates from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range with ±1% output voltage accuracy, line regulation of 0.2%/V, and load regulation of 50mV. Includes current limit and short circuit protection, with a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.
