Operates with a minimum input voltage of 1.5V and a maximum of 6V, offering ±1% accuracy, 0.2%/V line regulation, and 50mV load regulation. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max) for surface mounting, with integrated current limit and short circuit protection. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
