Dual-output positive fixed LDO regulator with 1.5V and 2.8V outputs, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A. Features a low dropout voltage of 95mV at 100mA and 180mV at 100mA, with an accuracy of ±1%. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Operates from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range and includes current limit and short circuit protection.
