Dual-output positive LDO regulator with fixed 1.8V and 3V outputs, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A per output. Features a low dropout voltage of 95mV at 100mA for the 1.8V output and 150mV at 100mA for the 3V output. Operates with an input voltage range from 1.5V to 6V and offers ±1% accuracy. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max) with no leads. Includes current limit and short circuit protection, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
