Dual output positive fixed LDO voltage regulator with 1.85V and 3.3V outputs, capable of delivering up to 0.2A. Features ultra-small 6-pin USP-C EP surface mount package (1.8 x 2 x 0.6mm) with 0.5mm pin pitch. Offers ±1% accuracy, low dropout voltages of 80mV (1.85V output) and 150mV (3.3V output) at 100mA, and line/load regulation of 0.2%/V and 50mV respectively. Operates from 1.5V to 6V input, with current limit and short circuit protection, across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
