Dual output positive LDO regulator with fixed 1.8V and 3.3V outputs, capable of delivering up to 0.2A per output. Features ultra-low dropout voltages of 80mV and 150mV at 100mA respectively, with ±2% output voltage accuracy. Housed in a compact 1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm USP-C EP surface-mount package with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Operates from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range and includes current limit and short circuit protection.
