Dual-output positive LDO regulator with fixed 1.85V and 2.8V outputs, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A. Features include a low dropout voltage of 95mV at 100mA and 150mV at 100mA, with ±2% accuracy. Operates from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range and offers current limit and short circuit protection. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
