Dual output positive LDO regulator with fixed 2V and 3V outputs, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A. Features a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range and ultra-low dropout voltages of 95mV and 150mV at 100mA. Housed in a compact 6-pin USP-C EP surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Includes current limit and short circuit protection, operating from -40°C to 85°C.
