Features ultra-low dropout voltage (0.08V @ 100mA, 0.15V @ 100mA) and high accuracy (±1%). Housed in a compact 6-pin USP-C EP (DFN) surface-mount package (1.8 x 2 x 0.6 mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Operates from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range and includes current limit and short circuit protection. Suitable for applications requiring efficient power management in space-constrained designs.
