Features ultra-small 6-pin USP-C EP surface mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Offers low dropout voltage (0.08V @ 100mA, 0.11V @ 100mA) and high accuracy (±1%). Includes current limit and short circuit protection, operating from 1.5V to 6V input within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
