Positive LDO regulator with dual fixed outputs of 2V and 3V, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A. Features a low dropout voltage of 95mV at 100mA for the 2V output and 150mV at 100mA for the 3V output. Operates with an input voltage range from 1.5V to 6V and offers ±1% accuracy. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Includes current limit and short circuit protection, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
