Dual-output positive LDO voltage regulator with fixed 1.8V and 3.3V outputs. Features a maximum output current of 0.2A per channel, a wide input voltage range from 1.5V to 6V, and low dropout voltages of 80mV or 150mV at 100mA. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Includes current limit and short circuit protection, operating from -40°C to 85°C.
