Offers ±1% accuracy and low dropout voltages of 0.08V and 0.17V at 100mA. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Includes current limit and short circuit protection, operating from -40°C to 85°C.
