Dual-output positive fixed LDO regulator with 2V and 3V outputs, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A per output. Features a low dropout voltage of 95mV at 100mA and 150mV at 100mA, with ±1% accuracy. Operates from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage range and includes current limit and short circuit protection. Housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small surface mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch.
