Dual output positive LDO regulator with fixed 1.8V and 3.3V outputs, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A per output. Features ultra-low dropout voltage (0.08V @ 100mA and 0.15V @ 100mA) and operates from a 1.5V to 6V input range. Housed in a compact 1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm USP-C EP surface-mount package with 6 pins and a 0.5mm pitch. Includes current limit and short circuit protection, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
