2-Ch Supervisory IC, 4.25/4.65V, Active Low, 8-Pin SOP, SM

8-Pin SOP Supervisory Circuit with dual active-low outputs. Features two reset threshold voltages at 4.25V and 4.65V, with minimum reset thresholds of 4V and 4.4V, and maximums of 4.5V and 4.9V respectively. Operates with a maximum supply voltage of 17V and a maximum supply current of 4500µA. Includes a watchdog timer and is designed for surface mounting with a gull-wing lead shape on a plastic small outline package measuring 5.5mm x 4.4mm. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
