8-bit bidirectional bus transceiver with true output, designed for industrial temperature grades (-40°C to 85°C). Features a 20-terminal VSSOP-20 package with a 3mm width and 5mm length. Operates with a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V, nominal at 1.8V. Offers a propagation delay of 10ns at nominal supply voltage and a load capacitance of 30pF. This logic IC provides a common control for its two bidirectional ports.
