The TCM9001MD(IZ) is a CMOS color image sensor with a 648x492 pixel resolution and a 2.2x2.2 pixel size. It operates at a maximum clock frequency of 26 and can handle a maximum operating supply voltage of 3V. The sensor is designed to operate within a temperature range of -20 to 60 degrees Celsius. It is available in a 25-pin SMD module package.
