Features a 17.1V reverse standoff voltage, 19V minimum breakdown voltage, and 21V maximum breakdown voltage. Clamping voltage is 27.7V with a low leakage current of 1uA. Designed for through-hole mounting with tin-matte plated axial terminations and operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
