Features a 10.2V reverse standoff voltage and a 11.4V minimum breakdown voltage, with a maximum clamping voltage of 16.7V. Designed for surface mounting in an SMC package, this silicon TVS diode provides 5µA maximum reverse leakage current and can withstand a 200A maximum surge current. Operating temperature range spans from -65°C to 150°C, with RoHS compliance and tin matte contact plating.
