Bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode with a 1.5kW peak pulse power rating. Features a 136V reverse standoff voltage, 152V minimum breakdown voltage, and a 219V clamping voltage. Designed for surface mount installation in an SMC package, offering a wide operating temperature range from -65°C to 150°C. This silicon TVS diode provides 1uA maximum reverse leakage current and a 6.8A peak pulse current capability.
