Supports dual supply voltages up to ±15V, with a maximum dual supply voltage of ±22V and minimum of ±7V. Operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Through-hole mounting in a PDIP package with 100ns turn-on and 60ns turn-off delay times.
