
The FEP16FT is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It can handle a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 300V and a peak non-repetitive surge current of 125A. The diode has a reverse recovery time of 50ns and a maximum reverse current of 10uA. It is not RoHS compliant and is available in a through hole package type R-PSFM-T3.
