
The MCL4448-TR3 is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 175°C and a minimum operating temperature of -65°C. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 75V and a maximum surge current of 2A. The diode is surface mountable and is packaged in a hermetically sealed, glass, micromelf-2 package. It is halogen free and ROHS compliant.
