Features a 170V operating supply voltage and 170V reverse standoff voltage, with a minimum breakdown voltage of 189V. Offers a clamping voltage of 275V and a peak pulse power rating of 500W, capable of handling a peak pulse current of 1.8A. This silicon TVS diode is housed in a DO-204AC (DO-15) plastic package for through-hole mounting. Operating temperature range spans from -55°C to 175°C, with a low leakage current of 1µA.
