The SIC437AED-T1-GE3 is a high-frequency synchronous buck regulator with integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. Part of the Vishay microBUCK® family, it is capable of supplying up to 12A continuous output current. The device operates from a wide input voltage range of 3V to 28V and produces an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V up to 0.9 x VIN. It utilizes a constant on-time (COT) architecture to deliver ultra-fast transient response and requires minimum output capacitance while maintaining tight ripple regulation. The 'A' version features an ultrasonic power-saving mode for high efficiency at light loads. It includes a comprehensive protection suite including overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, and thermal shutdown.
