N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET featuring 500V drain-source voltage and 8A continuous drain current. This single-element transistor offers a low 850mΩ maximum drain-source on-resistance at 10V gate-source voltage. Encased in a TO-262 (I2PAK) through-hole package with 3 pins and a tab, it supports a maximum power dissipation of 3100mW and operates from -55°C to 150°C.
