Features a 14.5V clamping voltage and 100µA maximum reverse leakage current. This silicon transient voltage suppressor is housed in a surface-mount SMA package, operating from -55°C to 150°C. Designed for single-channel protection, it is supplied on tape and reel and is RoHS compliant.
