Offers 18.8V reverse standoff voltage and 20.9V minimum breakdown voltage, with a 30.6V clamping voltage. Operates across a wide temperature range from -65°C to 185°C, with a low leakage current of 1µA. This AEC-Q101 qualified component is supplied in a DO-214AB package, RoHS compliant, and available on tape and reel.
