Offers a 10A clamping current at 130V, with a maximum surge current of 1kA and 17J energy absorption. Operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range, with a 7.5mm lead pitch and 17mm diameter. RoHS compliant and supplied in bulk packaging.
