The SA40ATR is a unidirectional silicon transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 44.4V. It has a maximum clamping voltage of 64.5V and a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 500mW. The diode is available in an axial package with a single terminal. It is designed to operate over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
