
Unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surface mount applications. Features a 5V reverse standoff voltage and 6V operating supply voltage, with a clamping voltage of 9V. Offers ESD protection and power line protection with a low leakage current of 2uA. This silicon diode is housed in a compact SOT-23 package, measuring 2.9mm in length, 2.8mm in width, and 1.16mm in height. Operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 85°C, with a maximum surge current capability of 5A.
