
Unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode with a 5V reverse standoff voltage and 6V minimum breakdown voltage. Features a 7.8V clamping voltage and 2pF capacitance, offering ESD protection. This silicon diode is surface mountable in a SOT-23 package, with a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. It provides power line protection with a 4A peak pulse current and 12A max surge current.
