
Precision, selectable gain, fully differential funnel amplifier featuring a 150MHz -3dB bandwidth and 150MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel, differential amplifier offers a 2dB gain, 200µV input offset voltage, and 76dB common mode rejection ratio. Operating from a 1.5V to 5V dual supply or 3V to 10V single supply, it provides 110mA output current per channel and a 50V/µs slew rate. Housed in an LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating, this surface mount component operates from -40°C to 125°C and is RoHS compliant.
