3M Scotchcast Electrical Resin 2850-052 is a two-part, oven-curing, liquid epoxy resin characterized by its electrical properties and high temperature resistance. It is designed for applications requiring high thermal conductivity and low shrinkage, such as potting and encapsulating motors, transformers, and electronic modules. The resin provides excellent resistance to moisture and chemicals and is formulated for use in Class F (155°C) systems.
