3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a low-outgassing Z-axis anisotropic electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive (CPSA) tape. It is filled with silver conductive particles for interconnection of electronic substrates. The tape provides electrical connectivity to medium pitch flexible circuits and PCBs, flex-to-flex interconnection, and EMI shield and gasket attachment. It allows for Z-axis interconnects without shorting adjacent circuitry and does not require thermal curing.
