3M™ Polyimide Film Tape 5413 consists of a DuPont™ Kapton® polyimide film with a silicone adhesive. It is designed for high-temperature applications such as PCB solder masking and other industrial uses where dimensional stability and chemical resistance are required. The tape is flame retardant, radiation resistant, and maintains its properties across temperature extremes from -100°F to 500°F (-73°C to 260°C).
