3M™ Low Static Polyimide Film Tape 5419 is a translucent, gold-colored polyimide film tape with a silicone adhesive. It is designed for high-temperature applications such as solder masking for printed circuit boards. It features a proprietary technology that results in extremely low electrostatic discharge (ESD) during unwind and removal, protecting sensitive electronic components. The tape is flame retardant, low outgassing, and halogen-free, maintaining its physical properties at elevated temperatures without softening.
