3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. The PSA matrix is filled with silver particles enabling interconnections through the adhesive thickness (the Z-axis) between substrates while remaining electrically insulating in the plane of the tape. It is designed for EMI shielding, grounding, and connecting medium pitch flexible circuits with PCBs or LCD screens. It features low outgassing properties and does not require thermal curing.
