3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. The PSA matrix is filled with silver conductive particles that allow interconnection through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) while remaining electrically insulating in the plane of the adhesive (X-Y axis). It is designed for EMI shielding, grounding, and bonding of flexible circuits to PCBs or LCD screens. It features low outgassing properties suitable for aerospace and sensitive electronics and does not require thermal curing.
