3M 9703 is an anisotropic Z-axis electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive (CPSA) transfer tape. It is filled with silver conductive particles that enable electrical interconnection through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) while maintaining electrical insulation in the plane of the adhesive (X-Y axis). This tape is designed for EMI shielding, grounding, and bonding flexible circuits to other substrates such as PCBs or LCD screens without the need for thermal curing. It features low outgassing properties suitable for aerospace and defense electronics.
