3M™ Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a low-outgassing, pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic Z-axis electrical conductivity. The adhesive matrix is filled with silver particles, enabling electrical interconnections through the adhesive thickness between substrates, such as flexible circuits, PCBs, and EMI/RFI shields, without shorting adjacent circuitry. It features a conductive acrylic adhesive and a polycoated kraft paper liner.
