3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. The PSA matrix is filled with silver particles enabling interconnections through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) between substrates. It is used to electrically connect and mechanically bond medium pitch flexible circuits with other flexible circuits, rigid PCBs, or LCD screens.
