3M 9703 is a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. The adhesive matrix is filled with silver particles enabling interconnections through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) while maintaining electrical isolation in the plane of the adhesive (X-Y axis). It is designed for EMI shielding, grounding, and bonding medium pitch flexible circuits to PCBs or LCD screens without the need for thermal curing.
