3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a 2 mil thick, pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. It is filled with silver conductive particles that allow electrical connection through the thickness (Z-axis) while maintaining electrical insulation in the plane (X-Y axis). It is designed to electrically connect and mechanically bond medium pitch flex circuits with other flex circuits, PCBs, or LCD screens without the need for thermal curing.
