3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a 2.0 mil thick pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. It is filled with silver conductive particles that enable interconnections through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) between substrates while maintaining electrical insulation in the X-Y plane. It features a low-outgassing acrylic adhesive and does not require thermal curing, making it suitable for bonding flex circuits to other flex circuits, rigid PCBs, or LCD screens.
