3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. The PSA matrix is filled with silver particles enabling interconnections through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) between substrates. It provides low outgassing and high adhesion to various substrates including metal and common plastics.
