A low-outgassing, Z-axis electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive (CPSA) tape filled with silver conductive particles for interconnection of electronic substrates. It provides anisotropic conductivity, allowing electrical flow through the thickness (Z-axis) while remaining insulating in the plane (X-Y axis). This tape features a 2 mil acrylic adhesive and a 4 mil silicone-treated PCK liner, designed for EMI shielding, grounding, and circuit interconnects in aerospace, defense, and electronics applications.
